Secure Scans and Faxes
Signing agents are given access to their own personalized portal on our website where they can securely upload scanned closing documents or signer identifications after the closing. Our post-closing team is notified when this occurs and provides these documents or identification copies to our clients through our Resware™ integration or through an email with a secure, encrypted link. This eliminates a major compliance risk associated with unsecure email accounts sending scanned closing documents after the closing.
Scans / Faxes to Confirm
Closings that require a scanned or faxed copy of the closing documents after the closing are tracked and monitored within the Closing Manager by the Signature Closers Post-Closing team. We proactively follow-up with signing agents when scans or faxes are not received in a timely manner after the closing.
