Upon registration and payment to Notary2Pro, you will be provided three months plus current month access to their ELITE Program. This program includes Basic Signing Agent Course, Advanced Course and Reverse Mortgage Course. Exams and Certification until you pass, and entrance into the Free Graduates website. When you mention Signature Closers, you will receive long term mentoring for free, a value of $50.00. (Notary2Pro Certification is Nationally recognized and accepted.)

Study at your own pace. Learn from videos, document reviews, and additional resources. To be Notary2Pro certified, you must complete their 60 question exam with a score of 90% or higher. (Don’t worry. You have the opportunity to retake the exam.)

   Training and Certification through the National Notary Association (NNA)

In addition to our partnership with Notary2Pro, we also recommend notaries consider the National Notary Association's certification program:

"The NNA's industry-recognized certification program trains Notary Signing Agents on how to interpret and explain complex mortgage signing documents. The certification includes your industry-recognized background screening and certification exam, enabling Notaries to work for the major title services organizations. Each of the packages includes a listing on SigningAgent.com, one of the leading directories used by title companies and signing services to search for qualified NSA's."

   Need a Background Check?

Signature Closers has adopted the standards set forth by the Signing Professionals Workgroup

We will accept a background check provided by any vendor that meets these criteria however some clients have specific background check requirements and certification that must be done through the National Notary Association.

We provide access to a reduced cost background check through Crimcheck that mirrors the NNA background check but may not be accepted by all companies.
